  This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at The Red House and it was just as good as the first time. Someone from The Red House came to pick us up from the airport and was already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. This was a great way to start the holiday. The staff are magnificent - very friendly and only too happy to he - We read very positive hotel reviews with some caution as to their truthfulness, but all the very positive comments about The Red House were true. Location just outside the wall provides easy access to the Medina and old city as well as to the new city for shopping and restaurants. An excellent place for staying in Marrakech. All amenities, including the lovely pool, are great and the staff, starting with Abdel the front office manager, are warm and very helpful. We hope to go back. Stongly reco

  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team. The riad is a place of calm and quiet in a very busy city, and a dip in the pool was v - Riad Itrane was perfect in every way. Even before we arrived we had been made to feel welcome by the owners, Charlotte contacting us the week before to offer a driver to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable price, and a very delicious meal at the Riad the night we arrived (also a very reasonable price).
