Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

  The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. Hassan was our driver/guide to Essaouira, and Hamid was our tour guide for the market area. - Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

  We stayed here for 5 nights in November and Riad Lorsya couldn't have suited us more perfectly. It is brilliantly situated just off Marrakech's souks in the centre of the Medina and amazingly peaceful considering its central, bustling location. Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. The room was lovely, with an exotic feel, clean and comfortable. The Riad is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and big, not mentioning the fact that to my surprise I was provided with a gluten free bread!   With so many Riads to choose from our end choice was based on other reviews. We chose to be met at the airport as arranged by Zak the manager of the Riad, this cost 15€ and we would advise others to do the same as the Tahar Oasis would be very difficult to find. On arriving close to the hotel we were taken on foot to the Riad through a few streets... co mówią ludzie » and into what can only be described as an alleyway. Initially we were concerned as the alleyway was dark and our natural instincts were one of danger - The staff at the hotel were fantastic as was the decor, comfort and the best breakfast I had while in Morocco. I like the riad set up as it is very authentic and the roof terrace at the Tahar was really lovely. Location too, right on the edge of the shopping district was just right, but being off the main streets very quite and relaxing too. It is hard to find alone, but the manager is happy to meet you if you need and assist with directions and luggage.
