Casa Lila is amazing! It felt like a real treat. They upgraded us to a
bigger room at no charge, and the Rose suite was phenomenal! I loved the
bright colors and the design of Casa Lila, and how it felt both
old/antique and new/modern at the same time. In the room was the

The reception staff was very helpful providing a map and locations with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast on the terrace was served by a calming and attentive member of staff and varied each morning. Our suite on the second floor was spacious and quiet. Located in the Medina this riad is close to everything. The terrace area was good for sunbathing and there were loungers on another floor too. Plenty of places to sit comfortably within the riad.

The staff was always willing to give us the little extras that make you feel special. The kitchen was delicious evening time and so the breakfast setting at the pool.
Great comfort and a very special quite and relaxing resort inside the medina.

They provided us with a hot water bottle. Wish they had given us two. - It's location, easy access to the beach and port.The staff were friendly and helpful. It was good to be able to sit out on the terrace in the sunshine, although there was healthy competition for the sun beds!

Dar Assalama was my favourite of the two places we stayed during our 8 days stay in Morocco. It was peaceful, comfortable and perfect for four days in Essaouira. The hotel staff were very helpful at all times. It's an approximate 4 minutes walk to the market area. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The room we stayed in was big and lovely. My wife wants to go back, I'm sure we will one day!

The location was good and it was very easy to find the hotel. The staff
was very friendly - they gave us very accurate information about the
town (shopping, restaurants, sightseeing). We also liked the breakfast
on the nice roof terrace. And the wifi network was much better then in
our 5-star hotel in Marrakech!! It was very good value for money!

The rooms were very comfortable, cleaned daily and the bathroom was well positioned with a walk in shower. The roof terrace where breakfast was served provided good views over the medina, whil ethe breakfast itself was one excellent. The staff were all friendly and always willing to help or answer questions. A great stay.

We had to cancel our first night due to illness, but everybody at Dar Ness was most helpful. All staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Everything! The staff was friendly, and very helpful. Gave good advice on restaurants to go to in the medina. The room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast on the patio was very nice as well, and the day we were leaving (at an earlier time than the breakfast was set), the staff at the reception prepared it anyhow. The location was good to walk to the shops and close to parking at only 20 a day the room was a good size with comfortable bed but the best part of the stay without doubt is the fabulous breakfast

This small, friendly Riad is right in the middle of the souks, close to everything. An excellent choice of cafes and restaurants is within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast on the terrace was a fantastic start to each day. The bathrooms were cute, beds comfy, staff friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time here and wished we were staying longer.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Essaouira for three nights. The riad is very well located close to the port.
As we stayed in December, we were the only guests staying in the riad so it was very nice!
Radija made a great breakfast every monring and was a great host.
They had started renovating the rooms and the new decor is good.

I stayed at Riad Darko with a friend of mine. We both are delighted by the service! Both ladies that work at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful; we were feeling as a part of a small family. Thanks for an amazing 6 days!
