  Incredibly friendly staff! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable/happy. The bed & pillows were super comfortable & the shower had piping hot water. Breakfast was incredible. Probably the best place we stayed in Morocco & wish they were all like this.   This lovely hotel is nestled right up against the mountains therefore has stunning views over the valley and of the beautiful village of Chefchouen. We arrived at night and the hotel and gardens were an absolute picture with lit lanterns lighting the pathways and fairy lights in the trees. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath chalet and that was lovel - A lovely hotel located at the back of the town, up against the mountainside. We really enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly and very helpful, getting us a guide who took us to see local traditional crafts (ahem), showing us good places to eat and drink (there are only 3 places in Chaouen that serve alcohol) and helping us to use the local hamam safely. A truly memorable experie - The location, inside the Medina, is very good. The owner manager was an extremely nice man, very welcoming and accommodating. We trekked in the nearby RIF mountains and he walked us through the Medina to the foothills of the mountains to show us where to start our hike from. The terrace has great views over Chefchaouene.
