Everyone on their staff was friendly and very helpful. We had car problems while there and could not have solved them without their help. They made calls for us and found a mechanic to fix it, the location is perfect, near the artesanias and the pedestrian walk but quiet at night. The hotel was well located and clean enough,.,.. there was some strong and loud noises withing the hotel during a few of the nights and no staff available.
