  This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

  Hotel staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The food was great in all the restaurants and had many options and variety. The swimming pools were nice and the gym had good and new equipment. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay with few negative points. - The location was exellent. Friendly staff.

We upgraded our room to oceanfront and we had a whole suite would sleep 4 or 5 people. Only the main building has an elevator. The staff very friendly and helpful. They charge for wifi and say you can get in the lobby bar, we never could. If you walk down the botton of the hill a little resturant called Tacun very good food cheap and free wifi.

  Good value for money in the Cancun area. Very comfortable. Very nice pool area. Helpful concierges. Enough palapas for all guests. Very nice beach. Not exactly in the heart of the "zona hotelera" but very close to it, a 10-minute bus ride.
