The staff was really friendly and helpful at all times. It's only 5 minutes walk from the nightlife in Cabo, and about 10 - 15 minutes to Mango Deck which is the party beach during the day... Plus close to the Marina and shopping plaza... For the location its a really good price... you can probably find closer to the beach, but a lot more expensive... overall I think this is a pretty good deal.

One day we did not make it to the free breakfast before 10:30 but then they opened the kitchen for us so that we could take what we wanted:). The breakfast they served was really fantastic and included in my price. For the most part everything was fine...... Budget-friendly Free breakfast Great, nice staff Housekeeping service is amazing. close proximity to shops and restuarants. convenient location, newness of hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Their service was excellent. Room was big and quiet. Computer + printer available in the lobby. Free garage. Good location, not to far from the marina, so very calm and not noisy. The AC only stays on if you leave the key "card" inside, so you either go out together with the same key to be able to leave one in and keep it on... or you come back to a warm room... There is no air extraction in the restroom... One of the beds was tilted, you could feel it when you laid down... no big deal, but still noticeable... The price was not the cheapest one but it was worth it. Takes 10 min to beach by walking and 10 minutes to the clubs. There were marks on the white walls where most likely suitcases had hit them,but it was a definite eyesore in my opinion. Also.....the glass in one of the elevators was cracked, another eyesore. Long walk to the Marina Pool isn't the best Noise from other rooms since walls are thin. noisy bar below my room open till 4AM. On a couple of occasions house keeping was sub par (eg top sheet pulled up over unattended to bottom sheet) and the wifi internet in the room worked for only one day. Nothing everything was great. Slow service in the lobby. Very small swimming pool and mostly in the shadow. Poor breakfast buffet. Should have more choice for children (ex: cereals, pan cakes or waffles).
