value for money big room clean including great breakfast be aware ask for a room with a window! So book the superior rooms. Its value for money. Room clean and spacious enough for myself and colleague. Exceed expectation for the price paid. Comfortable beds, clean room. We were put in a smoking room but it didn't smell like smoke at all which was nice. Inferior design is very good, luxury, modern taste and in house equipment fulfilled the needs.

Location was central. staff didn't really speak english halal so you have to drink beers on rooftop terrace. Would be nice if the front desk staff smile more and be more "relax" and instead of being "stiff and formal". The room didn't have a window, but we were warned about it. It would be nice to have more option for breakfast buffet - ie eggs. WiFi too weak/slow and always unavailable. No good for business. -No fridge in the room, difficult to store milk & juice -Can't get duplicate access card. I'm sensitive to room with no no ventilation. But luckily, the hotel staffs are kind enough to open my door everytime I got back from my outings. No comments. Rooms need updating The layout of the hotel is quite strange. The comforter was quite small. We prefer if the hotel provide carpets in the room. And room slippers should be at least 2. the breakfast could have been better. Need to provide hand towel. Some of the toiletry items are not given in right quantity eg tooth brush, shaver , slippers. Please instal refrigerator in the room. Not much parking lot available, the deluxe room is smaller then standard room. Not as quiet as I would have liked. No fridge in the room. Electric kettle with rat waste Shower holder broken Towel bit old Bed too soft. the reception is quite slow. Noise at night on 5 floor due to elevator. Breakfast is ok but not good. I got a room that had no window. This was not made known to me when I book the room at the rate provided.
