Out of all above, I did a mistake when doing my reservation in this hotel through letsbookhotel.com. I have booked Putarjaya and KL shangri-la both on the same dates. They found another room within 45 minutes. So all was well for us. However, on top of that, we were offered a night in the Presidential Suite! How amazing is that!
