the service staff are very friendly. Every question asked, you will get a answer with a big smile. Kudos! Also there free pick up transport according to the timing given or you can pay RM10 to n fro to jonker if different timing. Even their pick up is late, willing to call and inform. Hotel balcony is big and spacious. Maybe can put chairs outside will be perfect. Lobby & room are very spacious with very nice layout. Amenities provided and the staff seemed well trained with a good level of standard of service. Breakfast is nice and value for money... Security - provide parking lot for us even we arrive late back to hotel.
wszystkie opinie » We stayed in the family room which had 2 king size beds - comfortable enough for 4. Parking was free, and even though there were many vehicles, we found space for our car. Breakfast was included for 4 of us in the stay. we like the modern design, the room is spacious( we stay in the family suite) and clean. the hotel provide fee shuttle bus service to jonker and mahkota. there are also good eateries nearby. The staff is approachable and informative of the area. The security guard even stopped the traffic for us to park and other visitors to park their car. Family friendly design room. The baby cot was ready in the room when I checked in. Somemore, I was suprised that they had ready the baby bathtub in the toilet. That's I never experience in other hotels. overall is very good, would recommend if whom who like to visit malacca. location is near to town and just 10 minute drive will reach tourist destination the Jonker Street. It was near to the office and it was quite easy to locate. Getting into the city center was good too. The hotel is new and is clean and hopefully stays that way. Rooms are comfortable. Staffs are friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent, is the best among the hotels I stayed (3 & 4 star) in Melaka. Staff was courteous & friendly..food at Marcious Cafe was good even for breakfast buffet...room was spacious and clean..no odour..realy like this place... My family of three loved the spacious family room we stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean, bright and new. Best value for money!. The staffs at front desk was efficient, courteous and friendly. Housekeeping service was also fast. Keep up the good standard. Could consider to have a swimming pool or a spa or massage in-house facility. balcony should have place a set of table and chairs to chill out, although there don't have nice view. Location is slightly out of town and in a business district. However we were just passing through so this didnt matter to us. Malacca has grown alot since our last visit to we found locating the hotel difficult. You need your own transportation to commute. Balcony security is a bit dangerous. Please enhance the sound proof. I've been hearing screaming from the kids next room all the time. Please change the pillow!!!. its too flat for anyone liking.. after 2 nights.. my neck is super aching and stiff. Situated at newly develop area. But will be better in near future. driving distance to jonker walk, mahkota and etc. though, it isn't too far. Gym facilities need to improve. Lift not friendly user. You should provide at least one ironing room for each level. Location is quite a distance from town area but shuttle bus services are provided by the hotel. No access door from covered parking to lobby for guest. internet very slow,,,. Cafe staff could be more efficient. Cleanness at there is not very satisfied as they have forget clean my room.After i'm back to the room only realize and request house keeping to clean.This is unacceptable. the sound proof needs to improve. Aircon need service, kettle leaking!. the cafe too small, have to waiting and queup outside to take the b/fast..... Parked at public area, less secure. + Not tourist friendly + Lack of discount vouchers. the breakfast buffet is horrible, not sufficient of food, and table sitting not enough. Wifi reception not so good. Need Improvement. Add more variety of food in breakfast menu. Upgrade Gym facility by adding threadmill machine. not convenient to go to other level for ironing. No room service after midnight. Buffet Breakfast service is slow. View.
