I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. The breakfast is amazing and has a lot of variety, you will never get bored of having breakfast everyday. The Seafood Night was amazing, we had it twice during our stay. The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull
I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service.

The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator
in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very
attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and
Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is
friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of
it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.

Easy accessabillity to all surrounding placeses, excellent sevice provided by the entire staff cleanliness and value of manoy. I highly recommend this hotel. - everything was great. It was a delightful place to stay in and this hotel is located on the best spot of KL right next to the Twin Towers
