  The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks.   This budget priced hotel is in a central location close to shopping centers and public transport. Our room was on the 8th floor at the back of the building and was very quiet. The room was clean, average size and had adequate cupboard space so we could unpack our luggage. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served daily in the dining room with a choice of cooked Americian - the beddings are comfortable, there's a water refilling station so we don't need to buy bottled water anymore. 7-11 and KK Mart are just located across the street. Very near to the food avenue very wide array of food choices! Money changes is located just beside the hotel. Breakfast is just ok kids like it. Front desk has been very helpful helping us to book vans going to Genting, Sunway, City Tour and Airport. Everything is hassle free!

  Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff.
