I like the location of the hotel, the quite environment and the best thing i like it is the customer services which i only found it in Burj Al-Arab Hotel-Dubai. - Very good price/quality ratio. I strongly recommed this to anyone visiting KL!

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

Easy accessabillity to all surrounding placeses, excellent sevice provided by the entire staff cleanliness and value of manoy. I highly recommend this hotel. - everything was great. It was a delightful place to stay in and this hotel is located on the best spot of KL right next to the Twin Towers

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. 1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San
