可用華語交談聯絡。 My family stayed at KK for 4 days and I enjoy the staying very much, feel like a home away from home. We usually walked back to KK through the water-front market and bought back a lot of local fruits and vegetables. Then we would enjoy the delicious fruits at night and "home" made breakfast next morning. Very relaxing. Trash cans were being cleaned every day when towers are changed. They had helped us to arrange hiring a taxi to go visit the wild life park, then go to the airpo.
wszystkie opinie » The apartment had heaps of room, everything you need,pool side views, very close to shops and staff very friendly. There is no office on location for billing but with a text or phone call Aaron and staff are there to help and very easy going they arranged transfers to and from airport at a email, text or call and came to apartment to finalise the bill. The whole family from Grandparents to Grandchildren loved it. For a 3 room apt, complete with all the facilities needed including large kitchen, two bathrooms, living room; close to everything you need in kk -- fish market, wet market, nite market, phillipine market etc; plenty of food around especially at nite. Easy access to malls, all within walking distance, can also access to 2 five-star hotels (LeMeridian and Hyatt Regency). KK suites staff are very nice. Qiuck feedback and action. We arrived at mid-night,they good take care of my family and offer my free airport pickup for arrival. Big surprise to me. Apartment is comfortable, vaule for money. Friendly and easy going staffs who are ready to assist at any time. The apartment is located within walking distance from shopping complex, banks and restaurants. We like the friendly owner and staff. Good facilities provided and it's a good value for our money. It makes my family happy and comfortable. Thank you guys!. all of the pots, jugs, washing machine, fridge are all available to be used. I love the beach and food there!. The apartments was spacious. The wifi worked well. The beds were clean, bedsheets and covers were clean, fresh. The location was great, walking distance to town. Shops for food and groceries were at the back. Management was very friendly and helpful, even helpful when we asked to store our luggage for two days because we were going to climb KK. Convenience , quite comfortable. The price is confortable. It would be much more convenient if there are more than one key even for a family because a key will be needed even just to enter the elevator. At the end We found out that it is possible to have extra key if asked beforehand, but a deposit will be needed. Even though you choose the seaview (a bit more expensive at rm60), you wont be able to see the seaview/sunset even at the top floor because of a tall building with a hughe shooping being constructed at the promenade. Also currently is very noisy with the piling at construction site; the parking lot may need cleaning and more lights, puddle of water on the floor and can be slippery. It is hard to secure a booking for an apartment within this area due to high demands. We need to ask for hand-towels and bath mats but the housekeeping staff were receptive to it and her explanation for not providing them in the first place was well understood. So future guests, all you have to do is ask for them and they will provide. the 3 in 1 shampoo that they put in. Just the rainy weather during the year end. We stayed at kk and then at Marina (another agency it seems. Looks like the apartments are private but managed by the agents, kk in this case). The 2 apartments we took with kk had furniture and carpets that were old and a little stained. One or two shower holders were broken. The apartments under Marina Apartments seemed to be upkept better, ie... The carpets were newer, the furniture was nicer, the apartments seemed a little more updated.Wifi speed slow , washing machine not functioning well, less tv channel, sliding door problem and hard to open close, . The aircon condition is poor.
