We had the pool terrace room which the kids fell in love with as the pool is right outside our room. The deck outside the room served as a wonderful place to relax and watch the kids swim or to sip coffee in the morning or evening. The staff were friendly, especially the cafe staff. The pool was very clean with nice view. Breakfast spread was good especially the pre-packed nasi lemak with the amazing sambal and the noodle station where you can choose the ingridients and soup for your noodles. T.
wszystkie opinie » Check in was hassle free and fast. I left my iPad at concierge and didn't know until I finish my bath upstairs only to find my iPad was missing. Called the frontline desk to help me look for it as I remember leaving it downstairs. Viola, my iPad was found and really thanks to the staff for helping me to keep it for my collection. Kudos to the hotel and the staff. Room was big and spacious. Toilet was equipped with full set of toiletries. Rain shower was superb and the hot water was constant. Am. I would definitely recommend this hotel to another person. Infact, a few friends have booked few rooms for next week. We love their hospitality, led by the Service Banquet Manager, Mr Mohd Faisal Ahmed Roselan. I have been on a lot of trips ard the world when I was a central banker and never had a felt so personalized touch displayed by the staff. We would definitely go there again. The quality and services that are expected from 5* hotel. I was address by name in the club lounge and that makes me feel more welcome. I was in the lobby with my husband when Mr Johan Ong, Director of Operations, approached us and enquire about our stay. Had a very good conversations with him. All the best to all the staff and management and keep up the good work. We stayed at the Junior Suite and our access to the Club Lounge was pleasant without any excessive business-like restrictions. Kids were allowed which is great. (Maybe because they're still new?). Staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The food, both western and Chinese cuisine. Swimming pool was perfect, but a bit pity that the spa was not ready during my stay. The bed and pillow s are the most comfort. Overall service and stay was perfect to stay in. Staffs who attended to me at the reception were commendable, during check-in and check-out. The junior suite is very spacious and has a cosy ambience making my stay very pleasing. Staff named Neela and Syahmizan was doing great job. They are assets of the hotel. Great, keep going. We had buffet and the trainee waitresses from Nepal was really awesome. The place is classy the rooms are clean and the stuffs are polite, friendly and helpful. Always willing to service and get a transport even thou it's isolated. Whole environment is awesome, especially the cleanliness in toilet. Flexibility on hotel staff Keep it up!!!. The buffet spread with so much varieties, workout machine at the gym is great, friendly and helpful staff. Shower, bed, pool, room size & facilities, very friendly staff, Chinese meal in restaurant at hotel. The service, staff who were very smiley and attentive and made us all feel comfortable during our stay. The warmth and assistance for anything from the staff. They were all very excellent - impeccable. The room was superb. It's big and spacious. Not to mention the breakfast was great. The hospitality feel from staff, the Marriott culture. New set up, nice shower, accurate climate control, bed and pillow, free wifi for members. Fast elevator. The decor and approach was clean uncluttered. Service was good and exemplary. F&B Staff. Although the room we had was wonderful, there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom area which we detected the moment we arrived. This is possibly due to some flaws with the sewerage system. As we were hardly in the room, though uncomfortable, we only informed the front desk to get someone to take a look at it, when we checked out. No free WIFI included in the room. Nothing as its not complete yet, the spa and the retail outlet are still under renovation. During our stay, the Multi-level car park wasn't completely ready so it was a bit messy and very dusty from construction work. The car park elevator was a bit slippery with construction dust but I guess this is only temporary. Though the staff was helpful and eager to serve, they didn't tell us about a few things until I asked. Things like what Wi-Fi packages are available, about validating for free parking, about Club Lounge access. All this info had to be hunted. The location is not so convenient. The location is abit far off from city square and KSL area. No Wi-Fi access in room which caused inconvenience. wifi is free in public area and chargeable in room which means free for outsiders and chargeable for guest...ridiculous. Originally given a two bedded room instead of a king size but this was quickly sorted. No Shuttle from the Airport. Not much shopping nearby. the WiFi was chargerable but on i book the room was free internet. Cleanliness is only rated as fair despite being a new hotel. Rate was high despite low occupancy. Most staff are new therefore service standard not up to par for a 5* rated hotel. The surrounding area is ran down except for McD which is walking distance. The food from In room dining was a real letdown. For a 5 star establishment it could have done much better. For astronomical prices we expected much more. Room rate without b/fast was rather expensive. Pool area looked bare without any landscape. Maybe the air-condition have sensor?? So middle of the night was so sweating hot. Toiletries are minimal only, don't even have cotton buds. Tissue box was missing when check in the room. The sound-proof need improving, both the window and the door.. Doors are equipped with the door closer, but not properly adjusted. Always hear the doors bang hardly on the same floor. Swimming pool is very basic...
