Staff attitide is excellent. I would like to thanks the staff who work at the night shift (around 12am). There's no parking available but staffs tried their best to find the parking lot for me. I did not expect I will have such high standard of service when staying at budget hotel. Although its at cheaper rate, the facilities is the best among all budget hotel!! Strongly recommend!!. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was there during weekends and requested them to book a cab for me. No cab wanted to come to fetch me due to the location and the "boss" told me that if needed he will send me to the place I intend to go. I did not ask for his help but when I was going back after checkout, he send me back to the shopping center nearby.

The decoration of the hotel is so beautiful! The price is so affordable. I wish I could stay longer there. I like the tight sercurity, the design of the rooms and the front desk were friendly and efficient. The facade of the hotel looks impressive from the website. Rooms are nicely designed. fashion,clean and modern hotel with a very helpful staff. very clean. Great & friendly staff at the reception counter. Down to earth designs. comfortable bed, aircond cold enough. Interior design is very good. clean and comfortable. Pleasant looking hotel. The hotel staff is very nice. In addition the hotel provides a modern basic amnities which worth it with the value for money. the room I got is Duplex with window, but I cant see anything from the room , cuz something has blocked the window. If you do not drive, this place is not really suitable as it is far from shopping complex and you have to walk around 10 mins to the nearest food center/7-11. they should provide breakfast for this but they didn't. In the end i only get to eat my first meal of the day after check out. the location isnt easy to catch a cab. The location of the hotel was a little out of nowhere. I cannot believe the hotel has no lift. And some rooms have no windows. How did the hotel get a 3 star rating? Your website should advice us on your write up of the hotel but nothing was mentioned. The room was a bit dark even with all the lights on. There was no coffee/tea making facilities but when we booked it said yes. The bathroom floor is too slippery and it's too dangerous for children. the location is quite far from the boarder, you have to take around 20 mins taxi. No lift yo. when i Check out on the day when I have asked staff Malay, why there is no water hitter provided. The staff said, have but staff are in charge of the must mention because the water hitter kept by the hotel. staff indian gurl. A little far out & rooms don't have trash cans only in the toilet. I suggest to have a small trash can in the room. Other than that everything is good! Thank you. bathroom tiles too slippery.. nearly fall down while bath, all the water flow out also... No sachet of tea or coffee. No glass, no cup in the room. The price per room is too high for facilities its offer. It more like a budget hotel to me with 4 star hotel price. The parking guard only busy with his hand phone and not entertained when I want to park my car. So I have to put aside the cone myself before I can park my car. -the room without window. -no phone for intercom purpose. -hand phone coverage in the room is bad. If you do not have transport or car, do not stay there as it is difficult to get access to food, conveniences and getting around especially at night. There is no window even though the room facing the road.
