very friendly owner. excellent location at the very heart of georgetown. all favorite hawker food stalls are just walking distance
room is clean and comfortable.
hotel was just opposite to a pub/karaoke and can be very noisy on weekends, not sure about weekdays. bring earplugs just in case.
