Uncle victor is a very kind and good hearted person . I had a very long stay at this place . I had never had a peaceful time as i had at this guest house . .
The location was perfect, near to shopping area and food.
Nice place. Very cheap and close to the beach. Victor is a good owner.. Good at handling customer.

Location is good, the ship is jz infront.
Staff were nice, good wifi.

Th parking space is limited. Got a blady stupid lady owner who just unnecessary scold n show anger over a small matter late check out.. So we had to donate unwlllingly some cash donation... Strictly not for such rude characters. Otherwise spoils the trip there.
don have multiple TV channel (Astro).
Expensive.
7am early morning can heard ppl walking at upstair, so noisy n no privacy, infront door hv ppl hang up cloth thr.. N the lock is outside, feel like unsafe if stay inside..
The room wasn't cleaned, don't expect
luxury. A sheet for the bed would be nice rather than a blanket. An outside neon light was so bright that it made sleep difficult.

There is a leaking at the ceiling during the heavy rain.
A lot stray dogs around the chalet.
there are monkeys at our chalet and dogs hauled at night.
the chalet are too small. Not advisable for muslim tourist.
