To start with, the hotel was very well designed and clean.
Our room was on the last floor with a magnificent view to the entire city. It was fully equipped, very clean, and spacious. There was also a water boiler and a couple of free coffee and tee bags in the room.
The service was also great. We wanted to leave our luggage for some time after the check-out, there was absolutely no problem to leave them as much time as w

it was really stylish, and with over the avarage standarts like cleaning sealings on the toilet, it was nice; and when i missed the breakfast, they gave me some coffee with courasons - The staff were very accomodating, and the proximity to my office in Luxembourg was outstanding! Also, it was very clean and such an enjoyable stay.

fantastic! The personnel is very friendly and helps you with
everything. A special compliment for the personnel at the breakfast!
Even when they are extremely busy, they take a moment to welcome you in
a nice way.. Suggestion for the hotel might be to move the dining room
for the evening to the breakfast room because the view to the outside
is much better.

Hotel Carlton is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Although in a not particularly salubrious part of Luxembourg the hotel is well situated for the station and is only a short walk to the old city. The concierge at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. He took us to a restaurant, he served an excellent breakfast, he told us how to get on the bus. We felt like family. He needs a raise.
The orange juice at checkin was a bonus.
The breakfast was superb.
