The main door could not be opened. I called the hotel for help and they
send me someone. At last there was a special disk to bring near the code
reader on the wall. It was very simple, but I could have been told at
the reception, instead of trying to open and waiting under the rain. For
this reason, the second pair of keys for my friend were useless because
they had no disk.
