the hotel comes with a fridge and mini kitchen...pots and implements so you could easily self cater if you are on a budget. the owner was so kind to me. i was in itaewon shopping and took a taxi back by myself...we had done the same the night before so i knew what it would cost. a lot of seoul looks similar but i noticed we were going past the same places so the driver was either lost or ripping me off...the fare was double what i paid previous at this point. i called my hotel owner and the driv. wszystkie opinie »
There's kitchenette for us to cook, fridge, computer which is also a TV. Small but meets our needs. Manager Min was very helpful and patient. On our first night there, the floor heater wasnt working so we were freezing in the room. Min helped us to call the repairman immediately the next day and it was fixed. Also the twin rabbit boss was very kind to offer us ti use the laptop when our computer room internet was down. Another girl helped us to contact our airline too. So far our stay was pleas.
Clean and simple place to stay in. Very affordable and value for money
place. Owner is very friendly and always tries to mingle with his guest
to make them feel at home. Room comes with attached bathroom, personal
washing machine, hair dryer, place to hang your clothes, computer and tv
plus wifi and simple breakfast is also provided. Location is nearby lots
of food and shops to see. Very good place to stayed in. Very recommended
and owner and staff is nice and friendly and they are always there.

Very clean, facilities are good, there is a common room in the buliding, it is good for guest for relaxing.
The staff is very helpful and polite, the day we back were raining, one of the boss drive us to the nearest subway station.

Mr Kim and the cafe agasshi are very nice people. I didn't get to
meet the twins and the owner tho' but my stay in Twin Rabbit is very
pleasurable. I like the location because it's quiet at night and
very private. The direction from their webpage on how to go to
Twinrabbit is very accurate and it was very convenient to travel by
metro too.
Space was large and the kitchen was a great help Area is quiet but still
near enough civilization that it's easy to get around Staff,
particularly the owner, was very friendly and helped us out in a bind
I.E. finding the hostel in the rain.
The hostel's service is really good. Mr .Lee is willing to help us
and solve our problems anytime. There are many supermarkets, restaurants
and coffee shop near the hostel. The subway location is also convenient.

It's walking distance from hong-ik university subway station but its still quite a walk. It can get very dark but overall its pretty safe. Flight of stairs was a challenge when we were bringing our heavy luggage to our rooms.

at the entrance of the hostel, so a little difficult for tourist who do
not have local korean number to call.

No elevator made the checking in/ out quite troublesome if you have
loads of luggage.
No actual front desk that it was hit or miss to see the staff unless you
call them by phone Not exactly easy to find by yourself.

Location! As info of twin rabbit hostel, it's kinda far from hongik but on the other hand, it's quiet. I think the only disadvantage is acceptable :).
The location from subway. It was not as near as stated in the other comments. And surrounding area was not in main area, so it was quite dark and scary for us in group of all girls to walk back at night.Not a great location if you are type of person doing a lot shopping,very far to go back and forth from the hostel to subway.
