Friendly staff - the manager Alex responded quickly to my emails and offered a free upgrade when my travel party increased in number.   We stayed in Doldam guesthouse for 5 nights with a baby of 6 months old. It was a very relaxing stay and we felt at home all the time.   We booked a family deluxe room for 4 people, and it was great value, cheap and well-decorated, clean and comfortable, but not too big actually. The hotel staffs are helpful, especially the woman, her English was fair and she gave us really detailed directions to Jeju's attractions. It also near with tourist attraction like cheonjiyeon waterfall and seogwipo harbor. They also book us for a taxi early in the morning to go to airport and tell us for pre-booking taxi to save money it only charge us 25000won from hotel to the airport. we also got free parking here at the hotel.
