The best choice for us for a one night stay. Cheap price for the night along with the basic facilities is what we needed. It definitely worth it.
The place is nice, near the airport, restaurant and with a supermarket nearby.

Troubles with language.
Difficult to find (it's in an office block without the name anywhere until you get to the 9th floor).
Not your average hotel: no shop front, just rooms on the tenth floor of a nearby building. I had to get English speaking locals to help me find it and the manager spoke only a little English.
