  The staff was really nice. meals are ok, with breakfast in dining room and private dinner in your own room. Location a bit far from JR station but right in the center of shopping street so it's quite convenient once you get there. - Not too far from station and a short walk you could see many shops.   Being a small hotspring town meant that it was tougher getting English language support but Yadoya's Naoko-san speaks such perfect English that she made my stay a very enjoyable one! Naoko-san is very personable and takes time to explain every detail and recommending restaurants around the area to eat. Thank you for the hospitality!
