  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view was absolutely fantastic. My parents had one room, my wife, 2 year old daughter and I another, and we loved it. For the price we paid, the accomodations were wonderful and if I ever go to Yokohama again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel. The staff was very helpful. I made a reservation for a non smoking room, but apparently it was a smoking one but deodorized. ( - Very comfortable, good service, efficient service, good location for travel into city or further afield as near Shinkansen line. Not too fancy but good basics.
