We like the service and atmosphere. A rare existing Japanese style
accommodation. Dinner and breakfast are served in the room. Location is
great. Staff are friendly although communication in English is a bit
challenge.
Location is excellent facing the lake and has a
wonderful view.

Location. Location. Location. Just in front of Lake Toya overlooking Mt
Yotei. Great vantage point for evening fireworks.
The reception is polite,there is free spa in the hotel, hearty dinner,from the lake and ferry close .so clean room.
