  Staff were so friendly and helpful! they couldn't speak English fluently but they could understand enough for us to get our point across. Fuji. The possibility to rent a bicycle to cycle around during the day (allowed until 6pm only) is a huge plus because there are so many sights and sounds to look out for. Another huge plus is the fact that we had an on-site onsen (hot bath). It is very useful after a whole day of trekking around the place.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I was picked up on time and sent back to Kawagouchi Station in comfort. The rooms were clean and bright looking out to a balcong, and beds comfortable.   Location fantastic from kawaguchiko station. Centre spot of Mount Fuji. Staff spoke good english, pleasant and helped me with my lost ticket. Overall my stay at kawaguchiko station and the views of mount fuji were the highlight of my trip to japan. - Location is great, very near the train station. I stayed in the Japanese- style room and it was good. The room is spacious for Japanese standards and the shared toilet was clean. The communal bathroom is clean and of good space too. Staff was very friendly. They let us keep our bag for 36 hours until we came back from a climb in the mountain and everything was safe there.
