Location is very great. The hotel is near many transportation, Keisei Line, Metro, JR so it is convenient to go to everywhere in Tokyo. We can find many restaurants around there with acceptable price and we can walk to shopping area such as Ameyoko market. The room is very comfortable even it is a bit small for three people (we have many luggages)

Very good location which only 5min walking distance from Ueno train station. Take the right exit of the train station and across the road. The hotel is just located at the next street of Ameyoko shopping street where you could find variety of local food or products with reasonable price. Great, efficient, very friendly, clean. Note that there isn't wi-fi but there's a computer to use. You can't leave your bag for a while once you'e checked out, but if you're staying multiple nights you can leave it throughout the in-between days, if that makes sense. I really liked the location - it's very close to the park and the subway station. Particularly coming from Narita, the access is quite convenient and they have very good instructions on how to find the hotel.
I'd say the rooms were a good value. Yes, they are small - but that's pretty standard for Tokyo or any large city. They were clean and comfortable, and had travel necessities like hair dryers, shampoo, etc. Also the laundry on the 6th floor was useful.

Lovely, clean small hotel, with large, bright rooms by Japanese standard. The staff is very helpful and they speak good English. Very conveniently located to catch the skyliner to the Narita airport. I was afraid that it would be very noisy due to the proximity to the train station but it was not bad at all (room facing the other direction).
