Very good location! 2 blocks from the station! Area with many restaurants! There is a small grocery store just next to it that helped for breakfast and snacks. The staff was very polite and helpfull but spoke poor english. The room was very dusty, I complained and they cleaned better. Very small room. Perfect location for enjoying Tokyo! -

Excellent for business as the internet was fast and reception to wifi was perfect. They even had bath salts and sponge scrub at the reception for free.

JAL City was in a great location, just 5 minutes from Tamachi station on the Yamaote line - very convenient to all major destinations. The hotel is very well run, predictable and clean. The staff spoke good English and very eager to help us with any question. All in all, an excellent value for our Tokyo vacation. -

The hotel staff is very kind and speak English well. We stayed 4 nights with a semi-double room, although room is small, it's OK for Asian.
If you forget to bring your skin care product, don't worry, the hotel provide you KOSE lotion, emulsion and facial cleanser for free.

This was our favourite Hotel during our Japanese trip! Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon). Very respectful, friendly staff, great location near Tokyo Station and Ginza, the hotel is easy to find (you can see yellow and blue sign of the hotel staying at Yaesu Central Entrance of Tokyo Station), nice design of the room's interior, and room is not so small even when you use a wheelchair (if it's not big). I hope, I'll have chance to visit this hotel again.
