size is ideal and bed is comfortable unlike the common hotels in Tokyo.

Very good location! 2 blocks from the station! Area with many restaurants! There is a small grocery store just next to it that helped for breakfast and snacks. The staff was very polite and helpfull but spoke poor english. The room was very dusty, I complained and they cleaned better. Very small room. Perfect location for enjoying Tokyo! -

The staff were wonderful. Although they didn't speak much English, they are ver attentive to our needs. We arrived soaking wet with the typhoon Francisco. The receptionist promptly asked (with hand gestures), if we would like to borrow their big black umbrellas.

JAL City was in a great location, just 5 minutes from Tamachi station on the Yamaote line - very convenient to all major destinations. The hotel is very well run, predictable and clean.
