Friendly staff, they can speak fluent English. There are staff from worldwide too! The cafe ambiance is very good and relaxing. Staff is fluent in English and always ready to help with any question.
Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Same about shared showers.

The room was very small however it was extremely clean. The good thing about this hotel was free breakfast which comes with the room, in cities like Tokyo which is very expensive the breakfast was really good. -
