JAL City was in a great location, just 5 minutes from Tamachi station on the Yamaote line - very convenient to all major destinations. The hotel is very well run, predictable and clean. Very good location! 2 blocks from the station! Area with many restaurants! There is a small grocery store just next to it that helped for breakfast and snacks. The staff was very polite and helpfull but spoke poor english. The room was very dusty, I complained and they cleaned better. Very small room. Perfect location for enjoying Tokyo! -

Excellent for business as the internet was fast and reception to wifi was perfect. They even had bath salts and sponge scrub at the reception for free.

the hotel location was close to both Tokyo Metro (subway) stops : tsukiji and shintomicho. and also near Tsukiji fish market. There were many shops and restaurants around. The hotel was also a walking distance to nearest JR train station (20 minutes). -

Very respectful, friendly staff, great location near Tokyo Station and Ginza, the hotel is easy to find (you can see yellow and blue sign of the hotel staying at Yaesu Central Entrance of Tokyo Station), nice design of the room's interior, and room is not so small even when you use a wheelchair (if it's not big). I hope, I'll have chance to visit this hotel again.

This was our favourite Hotel during our Japanese trip! Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon). I booked a single room, it was quite small (14 sqm). But I think it's the norm in Japan, so it's ok. I stayed there for 3 nights. The room felt clean. The hotel is just about 10 mins walk from Tokyo station and right outside an entry to Nihombashi subway station so it's very convenient to travel around Tokyo.

Location is excellent, right next to exit A1 of the Nihombashi Metro Line. Superior Double room is good by Japanese standards although obviously expensive in Tokyo city if comparing to other cities that we have been to.
