  The staff was very nice and kind, but I'm not the kind of costumer that makes requests. The reception were very sofisticated with a very nice design. The room maids where very good, altough I usually left the towels and kimono hanging they nonetheless changed everyday.   Very good newer hotel near South exit of Kyoto station. - Clean, large room. Front desk lady was a bit cold but the male concierge was nice and helped us to arrange a dinner at Chihana. If you need wifi, ask for a router (no charge)
