  The hotel is nice and our room (two adults and two kids) was quite large. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We never ate at any of the hotel restaurants and so cannot comment. As with other Japan hotes they provide lots of amenities. All in all it was good choice and good value for money. She helped me to plan everything with the buses, trains, taxis, etc. She had maps for me in English that were extremely helpful. The hotel is centrally located near the main attractions of Kyoto making it ideal for my vacation.

When drivers don't know a destination, they can locate it by calling the hotel so make sure you have the phone number handy.
