very nice Japanese room friendly staff good location close to train station quiet neighbourhood free internet connection in lobby. It was conveniently located near Kyoto Station - so easy to get around the city. shower a bit small no wifi. The attached bathroom was grotty and the shower was so small with moldy shower curtains and walls. The staff were never at the front desk - so it was difficult to get information or service.
