All hotels should get beds like these !!! I didn't eat breakfast but I looked ok. Ask at reception about a discount for breakfast our daughter got y400 off through them. The location is under 5 mins from Hiroshima station (out the back, not the tram side). You can't hear a thing .. Oh our daughter was in the room opposite and she heard one train about 7am.   The room was great! I stayed in a twin bed room and it was spacious, with a beautiful and classy design. The beds were very confortable, the amenites were good and they had free wifi in the room, which is great! Even their toilet was the most high-tech I have seen in a hotel in Japan. Granvia really looks like a 5 star hotel and the price were great! The best deal I made - Got off the Shinkansen, walked out the doors of the station and I was there. Excellent. Staff was helpful in giving directions to tourist sites and provided maps as well. Checked out early in the morning and the hotel stored our luggage until we came back from touring at 3 pm. Then it was quick and easy to walk for a minute and be back in the station, waiting for our next train. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Bed was really comfortable, much softer than the normal hard beds that seem to be common in Japan. Their map of what was around locally was excellent, as it pinpointed a coin laundry, which we desperately needed at that stage in our trip. There is a coin laundry about a 10 min walk, staff can give you the location on the map. Bathroom is compact but not too small. Adequate breakfast Buffett, ask for a discount voucher when you checkin we got y500 off. Free Internet via lan cable in the rooms, free wifi in the lobby.

  Room size was ok. Felt comfortable enough for us. Location was just fine. Peacepark and everything within was at walking distance. Starbucks was close and there was also a very big shopping street in the neigborhood at 10 minutes walking. Staff was very friendly. Within a few minutes we were on our way to the airport :) Further, more in general. - Excelent value for money. Ultra comfortable, biggest room and bathroom we had in our month-stay in Japan. Staff speaks fluent English and is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, around 10 minutes walking from Peace Museum and Hondori Street (Shopping area with quit nice nightlife). In front of an Electric Train Station that goes to Hiroshima Station. Highly recommendable.

The rooms offer breathtaking views, the onsen is very chilled out and nice, and there's a ferry directly to Miyajima (one of the very best days we spent in Japan was on that lovely island).   The hotel is located in great area,only 5-7 minutes walking to the peace dome garden and about 3 stops on the streetcar from the center of hiroshima. There were enough stores and restaurants in the area. The hotel provides a kitchen with microwave,fridge,hot water and dishes. The staff was kind and spoke enough english.
