The location is under 5 mins from Hiroshima station (out the back, not the tram side). You can't hear a thing .. Oh our daughter was in the room opposite and she heard one train about 7am.   The Grand Prince Hiroshima is definitely a mixed bag. The rooms offer breathtaking views, the onsen is very chilled out and nice, and there's a ferry directly to Miyajima (one of the very best days we spent in Japan was on that lovely island).
