  Staff is very kind and helpful, despite the difficulty of communication in english (common problem all over Japan)... Room is comfortable. Shuttle service is very convenient but you need to book both pick up and departure from hotel. Hotel staffs are very nice but they speak english very little. Convenient store is not far from hotel, just 5-10 mins walk. Room is spacious comparing to tokyo's room.

  The hotel staff was very accommodating when I let them know ahead of time that I could not eat seafood. They served up an amazing meal for us where my fiancé got their usual seafood dinner and I got some good substitutes, like fruit and tofu. It didn't hurt that we got served this in our hotel room. Also, When we checked out, we missed the shuttle bus, the staff actually get the driver to send us to the station without us asking.
