Important information to guests

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. The hotel’s free shuttle service to/from Goura Station runs as follows. Departure from station: 14:30, 15:30 and 16:30. Departure from hotel: 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, 10:30 and 11:15. A reservation is not required for this shuttle. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from JR Odawara Station on weekdays. It leaves the station at 13:30, and the hotel at 12:20. To use this shuttle, please make a reservation by 1 day before check-in. Due to renovations, the open-air bath will not be available between 11-19 March 2014.
