were told our room has been upgraded to the superior room on the 27th
floor without any extra fee! Absolutely a very pleasant surprise. The
room was great with all the facilities, and it's very spacious
compared to Japan's standard. The lounge on the 27th floor was just
lovely. Location is also unbeatable: it's steps away from jr Osaka
station and subway Umeda station.

Really close to Universal Studio, and next to Universal city station. It'll be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Universal Studio. Many shops around the hotel, really convenient. The room is spacious. Easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto.
You can come early, leave your luggages at the lobby, and the hotel will deliver your luggages to your room

The view from our room was just so perfect! Universal Studio was so near we can see the whole park from the wide window. We can also see how beautiful Osaka is . But of course we love the Spa!!
The rooms are spacious , clean and have wide windows. We hope tocheck in at the same hotel next time we go to Osaka if possible the same rooms!!!

The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

I loved the location.The best shopping area I've visited in Japan.Lack of English will be a problem for all non Japanese speaking visitors.Room's are small but I've stayed in luxury hotels in Japan and this is pretty normal for a single.Loved the welcome rabbit in the lobby,I believe his name is Hiroshi.Over all,If I were to return to Osaka I would stay at this location again.

The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a great stereo in the room with an ipod docking station. The internet was free and had the option of both wired and wireless. The hotel was in a fantastic location. There is a direct train from Namba station to Kansai Airport (Osaka's main airport), and takes about 50 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The host was very helpful, friendly and informative. The location is excellent as it's close to the train stations, 24 hour supermarket, wet market and laundrette. The facilities provided was great and it was a great value for money. Would recommend the place to everyone travelling to Osaka! -

Plus points 1) The hotel is directly opposite Tennoji Station which is one of the major stations in Osaka. 2) It is about 100 meters from the front door of the Hotel to the train platform for the train to the airport. You don't have to drag your luggages for long distances. 3) The room size is big for Japanese standards.4) The bathroom is superb very bright and filled with full bathroom amenities.5) The toilet seat is heated.6) The shower is great. It is easy to control the water temperature.

Nate was such a fantastic host who gave us lots of recommendations, tips on public transport and was an all-around awesome person to us! The house itself is pretty sweet as well and has everything you need. Rooms were clean/comfortable, location was really convenient and if we're ever in Osaka again, we'll definitely stay at PlanetOne. :D
