Stayed here for one night after arriving into Tokyo on a late flight. Convenient train journey from the airport which was trouble free. About 5 minutes walk from train station.
Hotel was basic, functional and adequate for just the one night.

Best to take a cab to get there the first time if you're not

The room was small it was very clean. Staff for very helpful. Around the corner there is a good supermarket. The train station was about 400 meters away so reasonably close. -

Good location if you not want o be in the thick of tokyo but still close
enough to get to everything. Under 10 min walk from station, we exited
out the azalea side the straight up the street on the left .. About 2
blocks. Only a small sign out the front but it is on the right hand side

It's a typical business hotel with no much frills and as such does the job perfectly adequate. The walls are colorful, the view from our room was amazing, the amenities are all there and it's spacey enough, for Tokyo standards. The staff was friendly, they'd got us the wrong type of room but switched immediately after notice.

Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. Spacious rooms, free router (wifi) in the room upon request. The hotel exudes luxury but the rates are not as high as the Ritz Carlton's. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it.

Overall a very good hotel. The minimum charge was around 22,000yen/night when I booked, which I first thougt was a bit expensive for a hotel away from center of Tokyo. But a friend recommended and when I stayed for 3 nights, I think it is one of the best good-value hotel I have ever been to.

This is my second time in this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The hotel is elegantly clean as always. Staff are polite and friendly.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who travel a lot in Tokyo and next time I visit Odaiba next year, I will surely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel has many wings and rooms with different profiles. The cheaper ones are standard Japanese business hotels, i.e. very small, cheap, functional. The more expensive ones give more space and luxury. Both offer good (if not extraordinary) value for money IMHO.
The unique selling point of this hotel is that it's a 3min walk from Shinagawa station from which you can get Shinkansen to Kyoto/Osaka, and Yamanote for pretty much anywhere.
