  The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. They could speak in English better than several others. There is free water and ice on first floor. They provide night gown. Four elevators. When you get up in the morning, you would see lots of Japanese in business suit, getting ready to go to work. Only a few English speaking tourist.   Perfect location! And very friendly staff at the reception: they'd advise what and how to visit touristic destinations in town. Loved breakfast too! - we could live our luggege at the hotel for the all day with no extra charge. this was great
