Very affordable for a Tokyo hotel. The staff was extremely polite and willing to help as is expected with the Japanese. The hotel is down a street about 50 metres from the local Kamata train station. The hotel location is perfect, very near to Kamata Station. The bus station from Haneda Airport is just in front of the Kamata Station. Bus to Tokyo Disneyland is also very very near, about 5 minutes walk from hotel.
Don't worry about food. Restaurants are every where, with affordable value too. We didn't try hotel's food, though.
Family Mart is just a block away, next to Kamata East Exit.
There are more stuffs to see on the West Exit of Kamata Station. We bought our souvenirs in Sunrise walk.

The staff speaks English good and tried the best of information you need. The location is not so far to train station, the room itself was very clean. There was microwave in the lobby that you can used to warm the food. The hotel surrounded by shooping area e.i food, groceries, clothes etc

Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. Spacious rooms, free router (wifi) in the room upon request. The hotel exudes luxury but the rates are not as high as the Ritz Carlton's. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it.

Overall a very good hotel. The minimum charge was around 22,000yen/night when I booked, which I first thougt was a bit expensive for a hotel away from center of Tokyo. But a friend recommended and when I stayed for 3 nights, I think it is one of the best good-value hotel I have ever been to.

This is my second time in this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The hotel is elegantly clean as always. Staff are polite and friendly.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who travel a lot in Tokyo and next time I visit Odaiba next year, I will surely stay in this hotel again.

Just about everything. Not only is it convenient from Haneda airport, I think it's really convenient from Narita airport too. Love the location, love the rooms. The sheets were super comfortable and the firmness of the bed was tip-top! Housekeeping was excellent and Front Desk staff were very helpful. -
