  The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The was always someone there to assist. Miss Mazie was a darling and delivered her service with such pride and a smile. It was close to our event (next door). The security was always there to make sure we were safe.   Hotel exceeded my expectation. Location is great right in the middle of 7 mile beach, staff was nice and helpful and service was excellent. I would definitely go there again! :) - Rayon's is nice clean and comfortable . my husband and i will visit again

  We enjoyed Sandy Haven Resort on our recent stay in Jamaica. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff is outstanding. The food is very good and the hotel is right on the beach. We would recommend this hotel if you are considering Negril as a destination. - The rooms were large and beds very comfortable.   Cordelia the receptionist was brilliant and put me at my ease from I arrived as I was understandably nervous as a solo traveller. Mrs B the security lady couldn't have done more to make me feel safe. The housekeeper was really nice. Suffice to say everyone at the resort made me feel welcomed & relaxed.   It's true what they say about first impressions, they last! I was ushered in buy the Pure Garden Staff from the very first monument I layed foot on the property. It's so nice to be called by name and included with such grace. I was highly impressed with personal touch that each and every staff member extended towards me and my friends. From the lo... co mówią ludzie » vely front desk staff, to the steadfast security guards, to the sweet housekeeping Ladies, to the talented onsite chef, to the peaceful yards Man, to - The online description was fair, although we had the last room which is always the last to be rented and it shows. The hotel is under new management and I believe they are doing a fantastic job of upgrading, refurbishing and maintaining the property. The grounds are nice and the poolside restaurant opened while we were there. This is already a great value budget hotel and is destined to only get better.
