First of all, the staff..Ms. Carline, Ms. Antoinette, and Ms. Tracy were GREAT!!! They were very helpful and very, very professional. I was waiting for my ride to pick me up and my ride decided they would pick me up by the Square, which is in town. Ms. Tracy went out of her way to take my son and myself to the Square. I stayed 2 seperate days and both rooms were very clean and the A/C was extremely cold. Michelle's Pizzeria had great pizza as well. Pineapple Court Hotel is a very quiet and rela.

The day before leaving I asked the young lady at the front desk..I'm not sure what her name was..how to get a taxi to take my son and myself to Knutsford Express bus depot. She stated that she will have a taxi ready to pick us up by 6:30am to take us to the bus depot. Charles, the driver, was waiting outside from 6am. The room was very clean and cold. I will definitely stay the next time I am in town. The room was very clean and staff was very professional. It was in a convenant location; not far from downtown Ochoa Rios. The hotel restaurant ( I think it was Maria's Pizza ) was outstanding. The Manager and Staff were very very accommodating. They ensured that all my laundry was washed in a timely manner and they constantly inquired if my family and I were comfortable. The staff especially Antoinette and Carlene. They are both very welcoming and accommodating ; they always have a smile on their faces!! It is nice and quiet at night too,. Great customer service nice clean room nice relaxing place pool was good great value for money will defo come back in the near future. I love the personal feel. The staff were very friendly and takes time to know their customers/clients. Friendly staff, excellent value for money . Good location, everything you need. Everything.. The staff were nice & helpful. It was quiet and clean. The only thing I didn't like is that the beach was not in their backyard like other hotels...but they were in walking distance to the beach. No beach access. I saw nothing bad about this hotel; I will definitely be back next year. I do drink a lot of coffee. I would like a coffee/tea kettle in my room. I like to read, relax in my bed and use it as a table for all of my things when I go away, plus I stay up all night watching TV. I would not have a problem with paying extra for a teapot and spare cup in my room but I will definitly book the hotel again when I come to Ocho Rios. Just the fact of traveling with my little girl could not enjoy the nightlife but wil be back to party lol. What I did not like however, was that the sign to get there is not that visible and the Hotel itself didn't look much like a hotel. But overall, I was fine. Hard bed and would be good if they had a bath mat for shower as its very slippy. the location. Only problem is the hotel is a little off the beaten track. Lot of bugs... Mostly ants but the hotel staff took care of the problem promptly. They could refurbish the pool and furniture around the pool,and maybe let u rent a kettle instead of the hotel all using one kettle. Hard to find if you did not know the area. noisy air-con, swimming pool empty. uncomfortable beds and pillows, dark room. shower needed maintainence. long way from anywhere. restaurants too far away.
