  I thought the staff were really good, when one of the porters made a mistake with my bill they corrected it. They could easily have not told me I had been overcharged. Also they lent me their personal UK - Italy adapter!! - very friendly welcome. We were riding a tandem and they immediately assigned an underground parking space to us.
