  Very responsive staff. We had a problem with the bathroom on our last night. It was pretty late. Nevertheless, the staff came immediately to assist and even allowed us to us the facilities in the adjacent room seeing that we were checking out early the next morning. This B&B has a nice terrace over looking the bay and is in a great location; 2 minutes from the main square & a 10 minute walk from the train station. I would say it is rather 3 star hotel than B&B. It is one of the few hotels in Sorrento that is directly beach-accessible, since most of Sorrento is located on a steep cliff a couple hundred feet about the sea level.
