The Hotel was in a great location just above the town centre and easy for getting around.
The staff were always attentive and on hand to give advice and help. The breakfast was good and plentiful the rooms were cleaned every day and bed linen changed regularly. It was friendly clean and well situated and i would recommend it to anyone who is on a

Very nice hotel, a kilometer from the circumvesuviana train station. Near from the town centre, good views of the mountains from the room. Very friendly staff, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. They help with tours, maps etc. Will stay here again. Access to the roof for drying laundry as it has clothes lines, pins etc. You can have breakfast in their garden. Very calm and quiet area.

Giovanni and his family took care of everything whether it was info on bus schedules, excursions, restaurants, etc. The view was breathtaking! Excellent restaurant. Best Pizza in Sorrento!! Has internet access in the lobby. Very difficult to find interent access in Sorrento. Great view over the bay from the room. Big balcony on 2nd floor. Excellen location. Just a 5 minute walk up to the center of town. - The staff are really welcoming and friendly. Just beautiful.

The location is fantastic and the staff was more than helpful. Also, the breakfast/brunch is very good. - We choose the panoramic view with large balcony and while it was more expensive than a standard room, it have us a huge balcony which had sun all day long with some shade. Lovely luxury.

This hotel is located about 15 minutes outside Soorento centre but the hotl bus runs frequently enough that there is no problems. The views from the hotel are pure bliss. We would recommend finding out the shuttle or bus schedule prior to arrival in Sorrento since the taxis to the hotel are pricey (Euro 50).

All the staffs and the boss are very kind and nice. We have a nice vue from our room balcon. The most important thing is the honesty of the staff and the hotel because my husband had forgotten the mobile in the room and the room cleaner had found it and gave to the reception. The reception had immediately telephoned us but unfornately we had already returned to Switzerland . They had checked all the shipping way to ship back the mobile phone. We really appreciate. and we highly recommend

Great staff!! Staff are friendly and profession. I met this staff called Lello at the frontdesk, very funny and friendly, he will do his best to remember everyone's name. For some personal reasons, I have to change my reservation from 4 night to 1 night. The great senior staff Lello help me a lot, so I didn't have to pay for the penalty. -
