Location, The room, the view from the balcony, the services, facilities- all were perfect . The hotel is very elegant and breakfast was extraordinary. My daughter and I had an incredible, relaxing time at Villa Pane. Last year I stayed in a hotel in Sorrento but this was much much better. We had a large, clean room with terrace and an amazing view of the Bay but the best thing was the hospitality of the family and the staff. I can also really recommend dinner in the evening. Villa Pane felt like home! Gianluigi and Ana Maria were so welcoming. Their villa is beautiful surrounded by the hills of Sorrento with lemon, fig, olive, orange trees everywhere. Very nice hotel, a kilometer from the circumvesuviana train station. Near from the town centre, good views of the mountains from the room. Very friendly staff, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. They help with tours, maps etc. Will stay here again. Access to the roof for drying laundry as it has clothes lines, pins etc. You can have breakfast in their garden. Very calm and quiet area.

The location was very good, not too far from the city centre (but with a gorgeous view to the sea and the golf) during all the way to the centre. There were some bus lines and stops on the corner, so we could get to the centre by bus as well, and to the other way Amalfi's line was close enough for a very nice trip to the old town.

Spotless, fab beach 1km away, lovely pool, very quiet felt like we almost had pool to ourselves, little bit of a walk into town 15mins which we didn't mind except part the road has no footpath so u have to be really careful esp at night traffic flies on the bendy road. Very good value for money though
