Very nice stuff, very nice wines. A clean, spacious room in a small guest house with an amazing view towards the many vineyards and hills of Piemonte. Breakfast items are of good quality and there is a decent amount of choices. The family's elderly dog Tomi is awesome. -

This exquisitely renovated castle provides every luxury and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Barolo wine country. Nonetheless, the high point for us was the food. Chef (and owner) Denise Pardini, whose resume includes at stint at Chez Panisse, has figureed out how to brighten traditional Piedmontese cuisine for the modern palette. Everything was delicious. Even the breakfast was a knockout. My short vacation at Hotel Castello di Sinio inspired me to make my own house more castle-like

We had an enjoyable stay at Cascina Sant'Eufemia. The owners are
warm, welcoming and lovely people. We arrived on Monday when many
restaurants are closed but they recommended and made a reservation for
us at a great restaurant where we had a memorable meal. They very
helpfully suggested places to see and provided maps and directions. Our
only regret is that we didn't stay longer so we could take part in
the grape harvest. We would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great. the owners recommend one of their apartments for our family which worked out great for us. The views are fantastic from the hotel. Best of all was the delicious, seven course meals served up each evening. The food and wine were excellent and an extremely good value. -
